The Hangu Inclusive-Education Programme
A carefully prepared inclusive-education programme supporting an existing rented school while longer-term options are explored.
Sir JALAL is preparing its first structured education programme in Hangu. The programme design, school assessment, agreements, safeguarding arrangements and final budget are being completed. Public donations will open once organisational banking and financial controls are finalised.

A focused, accountable beginning
To improve the learning environment and strengthen the capacity of educators supporting children who face barriers to education in Hangu.

Provisional budget
€20,000 programme target
€15,000 is the minimum viable funding level for a reduced first phase. The budget remains provisional until the school assessment, quotations, leadership approval and partnership arrangements are completed.
Readiness
Protection before speed
We will not begin independent child-facing activities until minimum safeguarding arrangements are operating. The budget will not be presented as final until the needs assessment and quotations have been reviewed.
