Legal identity
Organisational profile
Sir JALAL helps children facing disability, poverty and exclusion access safe, inclusive and dignified learning opportunities. The first geographic focus is Hangu, Pakistan.
We consult responsible stakeholders, document needs and risks, agree roles, implement approved activities with traceable controls, and adapt from evidence and feedback.
Muhammad Aamir Jamal serves as Founder and President. Marion Hasse serves as Secretary General and Acting Treasurer. Elected officers act through the association’s statutes and formally recorded decisions.
The association is preparing its first structured programme. It does not yet operate a school, accept public donations or promise individual assistance.
Hangu programme review
The first programme will support an existing rented school while longer-term options are assessed. Its objective is to improve the learning environment and strengthen educators supporting children who face barriers to education.
Provisional budget review
€15,000 is the minimum viable funding level for a reduced first phase. Every allocation remains provisional until assessment, quotations, agreements and formal approval are complete.
Safeguarding review
Every child has the right to learn free from abuse, exploitation, neglect, discrimination and avoidable harm. Safeguarding is not an additional activity; it is a minimum condition for every Sir JALAL programme.
