Support UsOur programme model
Sir JALAL develops education support around verified needs rather than assumptions.
Sir JALAL is preparing its first structured education programme in Hangu. The programme design, school assessment, agreements, safeguarding arrangements and final budget are being completed. Public donations will open once organisational banking and financial controls are finalised.
Four areas of work
Appropriate books, visual resources, Braille or tactile materials and assistive tools identified through assessment.
Practical training in inclusive education, classroom adaptation, child-centred teaching and safeguarding.
Essential classroom equipment, accessibility and safety improvements where assessment and permissions allow.
Planning, referrals, monitoring and continuity with schools, families, authorities and technical partners.
Our method
We consult responsible stakeholders, document needs and risks, agree roles in writing, implement approved activities with traceable controls, and adapt based on evidence.
